Good afternoon everyone,

I am involved with an animal shelter (primarily abandoned dogs) in Crete.  There is little or no supports available here outside of the donations shelter supporters give.  Nikos the founder lives at and runs the shelter and is caring for over 150 dogs. Each day is a huge struggle feeding and funding vet fees for the animals.  

Could anyone direct us to philanthropic groups who may be in a position to assist or grants etc. which may be available?

Any information would be much appreciated.
