CAF Bank - I can't download statement as a CSV file

I select Historical Transactions, then set dates 1/8/25 to 31/8/25, click on search, select CSV and then 'download', then message appears 'no transactions scheduled at this time' using a Mac and Firefox.
Rang CAF Bank but could not help except to offer to send me a pdf...
