This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are a new charity, set up in June 2024. The charity was established following the success of a podcast that had a paid Patreon membership, so monies were being received from this venture.
We would now like the podcast to come under the charity, with any membership monies being paid directly to the charity. As far as I can tell, the podcast aligns with the constitutional objectives. Are there any reasons why this wouldn’t be possible, or a process we need to follow for it to officially become part of the charity?
I’ve checked the charity’s constitution, and the podcast does fit under the main aims. If anyone can help or advise, I’d really appreciate it.
