I work for a small local charity in South West London, where for the past year we have been working on implementing a CRM database. We have a partially woking platform at the moment, but unfortunately it is not suitable for all the needs of our service. The road to getting where we are has been long and strenuous, paved with meetings with our developer, communicating feedback and trying to put in place a system that supports our work, staff and volunteers. We are at a point now, when we need to ask ourselves if maybe other developers might be able to provide a solution? We are thinking of someone who might be able to work with us on a task basis and build on the work that we started a year ago. 

I would really love to hear from those of you who had to implement a CRM database for small charities? What strategy or developer helped you tackle this? Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
