Celebration event ideas for volunteers

Hi All, Happy New Year!
Our charity will be 50 years old this year!! I'm organising a volunteers celebration and just wanted some ideas of what people do to make each celebration event different.
Also it would be great to know ways to reward our volunteers while still ensuring that vital funds stay focused on our service users. I'm aware of Rooms to Reward but it would be great to know of other amazing organisations also that offer gifts to volunteers.
