Charity seeking premises in West London (W12)

We're a charity that supports Eritrean refugees and asylum seekers. We are local to the W12 area and we run community workshops, trainings, and networking events to help integrate with the wider community. We are ideally looking for a free premises or upto 12k pa.
A premises will help us continue and expand our services to the community, any recommendations?
