Yesterday I wrote up some thoughts on how organisations like Charity: Water and Mencap have been using messenger bots to engage, educate and even fundraise. It'd be great to hear your thoughts on the potential applications of this sort of technology to charities across the sector and what this potentially means to our relationships with supporters?
Here's the blog itself: https://medium.com/@dansmythphoto/robots-are-taking-over-930d7bdae7cf#.ly7v7p93n
Any other general thoughts or comments on the piece would of course be welcomed too!
