My small unincorporated and currently unregistered charity is about to transform into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and register with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. We have used the Charity Commission's models documents which have clauses mentioning Scotland and Northern Ireland.
My question is: in order to register with the Charity Regulator in the Republic Of Ireland are there any edits we should make to our draft CIO constitution?
As follow up why does the Charity Commission not have a means of asking questions like this. None of their contacted methods allow pre-registration queries! It very annoying.
I have asked the Charity Regulator too but they ducked this part of the question and haven't yet responded to my follow up.
