Hi,
I need to do some benchmarking of our sick pay allowances and wondered if others would share what they offer?
In probation (usually 3 months) we offer 2 weeks full pay, 2 weeks half pay. After probation we offer 6 weeks full pay, 6 weeks half pay. We're a charity of 42 people.
What do you offer?
David
