Consultant recommendations for IT assessment

I am a trustee of a small charity (5 p/t staff plus several volunteers involved in aspects of operations), annual income approx. £150k.
We have gone round in circles looking for a CRM - let down by salesforce consultancy, jotforms not suitable etc. about to look at Beacon. However I feel we need an assessment of our overall IT to include data storage options, maintenance contracts, etc.
Can anyone recommend a consultant for this who has experience of the particular needs of small charities, preferably pro bono?
