This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are currently undertaking a Target Operating Model for our large charity. As part of this we are looking to undertake a process mapping exercise and essentially streamline these to improve customer experience, fully document these and ensure that they are streamlined to maximise benefit, reduce bureaucracy and increase productivity, whilst utilising technology and data.
We want to engage with external consultants to support with this; does anyone have any connections/experience with any consultants/orgs that could support us with this?
