Hi there!
Do any of your charities use CRM systems for capturing volunteer details?
We have approx 100 volunteers and the team has asked about CRM systems (cheap, or free, and easy to navigate) hopefully a little easier to get reports off than excel - is CRM the way forward or is there something better?? IDK
It will need to capture: contact details, ICE details, attended training, hours volunteered.
