I'm Sarah and I run a very small local charity. We are all unpaid volunteers who work about 4 hours per week. We have been looking to recruit a Volunteer Coordinator for a very, very long time now, with no success. I've advertised with our local community voluntary organisation, on our website, on Reach, on social media, on a trustees recruitment site and I have contacted tutors from relevant courses our local university who have shared the opportunity with their students. But all this to no avail. I wondered if anyone has any advice for me?
