Canopi is a charity set up to provide affordable workspace for the Social Sector in Central London. I am aware that many of your needs are constantly evolving, therefore everyone who joins us gets a flexible three-month notice period for dedicated desks and six months for larger spaces of 20 or more desks.
You’ll have access to a blend of dedicated desks and hot desks, allowing your team to conveniently come together when needed, without the need to pay for extra desks, that are often left empty.
2️⃣ Get assistance with moving costs
For those of you that are concerned about relocation costs, I've got you. You can ease your relocation expenses with our rent-free period on dedicated desk packages. Plus, you can get a free trial on hotdesks, so you can be sure that Canopi aligns with your needs before you make a commitment.
3️⃣ Free access to meeting rooms
Unlike other office space providers, you’ll get a generous allocation of complimentary access to meeting rooms, boardrooms, and conference rooms. This benefit saves you an additional £2,500 per desk annually, providing you with an extra layer of savings that is hard to find elsewhere.

One of the main reasons other charities come to us is so they can become part of a community that values collaboration as much as they do. Canopi is the home to many impact-driven Social Sector organisations, which then offers ample networking and collaboration opportunities with like minded individuals, located conveniently close to the London Bridge and Borough tube stations.
