Hello,
I need to submit my annual return to Companies House for my dormant CIC company. Any recommendations for accountants out there that can assist with this? Something that doesn't break the bank! :)

you don't need an accountant; just download the form for a dormant company from the Register of Companies website.

Particularly if your CIC hasn't been active at all yet, do you even need an accountant? Dormant accounts are pretty simple and HMRC even provides a short YouTube video showing you how to provide the required information: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/life-of-a-company-annual-requirements/life-of-a-company-part-1-accounts#dormant-accounts

Philip Wilson   thanks Philip. Tried submitting but the CIC are a little more complex and mine were rejected, so thought I would ask if there is an accounting company out there who done it and may be able to do mine.
