Fastest bank account setup for a new CIC

Hi all,

We have just set up a new CIC and want to apply for a grant. The closing date closes in 3 weeks so we need to get a bank account set up very quickly in order to apply. I have been reading that this can take a really long time. Can anyone recommend any banks that are known for a quick turnaround for CICs?
