Hi, we are looking into a new LMS for my charity. 
Some providers now offer 'Reward stores' where staff earn points for different activities then redeem them for items (varying from giftcards for themselves to donations to charities). 
We have budget so cost isn't the problem. But do you think it's OK for a charity to indirectly  be paying staff to attend training/complete E-learning? 
 
We do have low engagement so os it OK to reward staff?
