"Consider all of the information your audience receives about the problem."

We have our beliefs and understanding of the problem we're addressing. However, what do our audiences believe about the topic?

To find out for our next campaign, I'm reading through Reddit and Mumsnet discussions about the topic.

I've learned the beliefs, attitudes, myths, and debates.

I copy the most-popular comments into a spreadsheet and categorise discussion themes.
