Hello, we have started having a lot more negative comments on our facebook page when we advertise our events. Some are criticising our funders, others are outright racist and misogynistic or have leanings that way.
We don't want to turn comments off as we do sometimes get genuine enquires as a result. The marketing team are asking me for clear guidance on how to deal with these and if we should ever respond when its things like criticising our funders or why some events are for girls only etc. At present we are just deleting the comments and if particularly bad, blocking the sender.
Any guidance on this would be gratefully received!
