Has anyone implemented Micro Volunteering?

Emily Thorpe Volunteer Manager at Crawley Community Action Posted 3 years ago

Hi ,
I am a Volunteers Manager in Crawley , West Sussex. We are looking to introduce Micro-Volunteering to Crawley both ourselves and encourage other organsations and charities to get involved. Lots of people i've spoken to have heard about Micro Volunteering but not yet implemented it or know where to start.
I'd be interested to know if anyone has started this , how they've done it and the type of roles they've used it for?! or simply any suggestions.
* Micro Volunteering is short tasks people can do one off , many platforms also say larger roles could be chunked so a few people are doing them.

Thanks
Emily
