Hi everyone,

I am in the process of trying to register a charity, but finding it particularly difficult to recruit a board of trustees. I am currently volunteer CEO and we have a volunteer Leadership team. I will be using the CIO model in the U.K. but have a couple of questions I hope someone can help me with.

Firstly, could I, as a unpaid CEO, put my name down as Chair temporarily, in order to register us, then change this, once we have found a Chair? If not, any advice on finding a Chair and a treasurer, would be greatly appreciated.
