Help with Director roles and percentages

CIC

Shadae Lougheed Director at Seasoned and saiged community kitchen program C.I.C Posted 7 months ago

HI Everyone,
I have recently set up my CIC in which I had to sign up with two directors on camp is house. I am the founder of the CIC along with being a director. I brought lady on board I initially to complete the secretary role, she is good at what she does so I gave her 25% in the company as a director. Where do I stand as it seems she wants to do more that she originally said she wanted to do. I really need some help with where I stand, she also would like to change the titles from Director Managing Directors. What are the implications of me doing this.
Please please please some advice needed!
Thanks
