Help with growing charity - roles and funding

Hello Charity Connect community,
I'm an administrator at a small local Mencap charity, and we've seen incredible growth recently, expanding from one weekly club to five in just a few years – all needs-led and thriving! While this is fantastic, my role has grown far beyond the initial 4 hours/week, now encompassing events, trips, HR, training, policies, fundraising support, recruitment (staff and volunteers), and even setting up/managing Google Workspace. I'm essentially working almost daily to keep things running.
To manage this, my trustees have agreed to split my role, with the aim of recruiting another staff member. My hope is to hand over the time-consuming events and fundraising responsibilities. I'm also looking into volunteers, but working remotely adds a layer of complexity to training.
Has anyone else navigated a similar period of rapid charity growth and subsequent role division? I'd be very grateful for your experiences and advice. Most importantly, I'm keenly aware of the need to secure funding for these new staffing costs. Any strategies or successful approaches to fundraising for increased overhead would be invaluable.
