Can charity staff challenge a failing board of trustees? (Anonymous post 🤫)

Hello Everyone
Im very new to all this and getting a bit confused with setting up. I would really appreciate if anyone could help with a few questions I have regarding trustees.
1. As I mentioned im very new to the non profit world, where do I find trustees? Is there a place I can advertise besides social media? Im still yet to register my non profit as im looking for trustees, so some volunteer sites will not allow me to advertise just yet.
2. Once I find trustees and have gone through the interview process is there a welcome pack that I need to give?
3 Do all trustees need to be on the registration documents in order for me to register the non profit? We are very new so I will be registering an unincorporated for now.
Apologies if these sound silly, I have done as much research as I can, but the info out there is so overwhelming. Thanks in advance.
