If a member or Officer at our CASC has been the victim of a combination of some or all of bullying, harassment, lack of respect, unjustified criticism or intimidation by another member then, in addition to any other action, should we also offer to pay for counselling for any individual who has been badly affected by such behaviour?
What is our legal position and what should be our moral position?
