I'd like to create a home working policy for our small charity. We only have 9 core staff all working from home.
Does anyone here have an example they would be happy to share with me so I can see what's included?
We may not be able to offer all the perks of a large company but we'd like to make sure we're looking after our staff. As a minimum we're currently reimbursing staff for a % of home broadband and mobile phone costs. And of course providing laptops which our staff get when joining the org.
What are the other 'must' areas of support a good employer should offer home workers?
