How can our charity grow our email list?

Hey everyone.
The charity I work for- The Mlambe Project- have quite a small email list who receive our monthly newsletters. The list is mostly made up of friends and family, and previous donors.
We have a sign-up form on our website, but what other ways we can get new people signing up for our email list? It's not our biggest concern, but it would be great to reach out to new potential supporters and people with a different connection to the charity!
I'd love your advice!
