I'd like to get help in resolving a pressing matter with the community company I am involved in. But not sure how to help achieve this as initially we inherited the charity structure of the company many years ago.Â
It was an IPS (Industrial Provident Society) and had its community activities de-registered through lack of understanding what our legal requirements were at that time.Â
We have contacted IPS and informed them we were the new managing body, small group and no funding. We also had a name change. Today we have a status which needs to regain its charity status back. Our Aims and Objectives are very much charitable. Please can you advise us which way to go.
