This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
I got involved at my local village hall over 12 months ago after speaker to the chair at that time. I was voted as the chair 10 months ago, but the ex chair didn't help me at all. I have had to ask other trustees who don't really know the answer.Â
The previous chair is a founder member and has been chair I believe for about 18 years. He refuses to pass any information on to me. Been told by ex officers that I am wasting my time and 'it's his way or noway.' . He is way over 80 ( not that that matters). I could go on...
Does anyone have any advice on how to navigate this?
