CharityConnect: How to find your team?
Hi
I run a small, but rapidly growing charity - include.org, working to make the world more welcoming for people with understanding and speaking difficulties.
It's exciting times for us - in addition to our fab volunteer team, we are now are recruiting to a p/t coordinator post. The ideal candidate needs to be motivated, passionate and creative - as well as highly organised. At this stage in our development (as always I suppose) it is crucial we get the right person for the job.
Does anyone have any advice about the best places to advertise, and the best message to attract fantastic candidates (given we have no budget!)
All advice welcome. Thanks so much 😊
