Hi all - hope you are all well.
I volunteer with a deaf charity and they are looking to expand with a real push of focus this year. However, to do that, it needs to have someone paid to be remunerated for the commitment. The founder is hoping to take up the role of CEO formally as a part time role.
Can any give advice on obtaining core funding to cover a paid role? Any ideas? This isnt my area of expertise at all, so I offered to them to put the issue out to all you lovely people.
