How to set up new CEO and bank account access?

Hi, we have a new CEO starting shortly and they will need access to all our bank accounts.
How do we give them access to the accounts, and is there any information I should give them regarding ID and bank checks?
I have asked the bank but they're taking ages to come back to me.
