HR - Maternity, paternity, adoption leave and shared parental leave provision

Good morning everybody,
We are looking to review our maternity, paternity, adoption leave and shared parental leave provision and I am hoping to gain some benchmarking information in terms of what other charities pay.
I was wondering if anybody had any useful benchmarking info or would be happy to share their provisional and if they were offering an enhanced package or just the statutory. We have a workforce of around 500 staff.
Particularly interested in hearing what mental health/children/Education charities are offering.
