Hi Kim
We use Xledger and overall it is a very good choice for a medium size charity. Happy to answer any specific questions if you haven't made a decision yet.

Hi Kim
The best programme to use is XERO.
Warm regards

I have used xero in smaller organisations but it isn't powerful enough for size of business I work in.
Thanks

Hi Kim
I know a reasonable amount about these systems and the mid-sized space having worked for Sage Intacct.
However, I now sit in a 'system agnostic' position so ping me a message as I am happy to help.
Best regards
Dave

Hi Kim. My agency does CRM systems and software/app development for nonprofits and most of the mid-sized charities we work with use Xledger. As Jakub says, it tends to be for those for whom something like Xero isn't enough, but I would recommend you make sure you're at the right level. Xero is great for many, and has integrations with some popular CRMs which is a significant time saver for many of the finance teams we work with.

Both mid-market solutions, but we've had lots of involvement with iplicit - fantastic system, particularly for charitable organisations where Xero/ Quickbooks/ Sage is no longer a viable option. Happy to put you in touch with our contacts there.
