Length of Service Recognition

Hello,

We are wanting to introduce a more structured recognition and rewards programme for length of service, likely celebrating 1 year and then rewarding for 5, 10, 15 years.

Does anyone do something similar or have suggestions about the types of recognition given (vouchers, increased benefits, additional annual leave, personalised card etc)?
