Can anyone advise on a potential liability issue? We are a mental health org that provides peer support groups.Â
We have a closed Facebook group and some members are posting about setting up their own support groups via WhatsApp, Teams, etc. Originally I was removing the posts as we provide the official groups, but the members are annoyed they can't just do their own thing.Â
What is the liability to us if people set up their own groups via our FB? I'm concerned if something goes wrong in an unofficial group we would be liable as they set it up originally through our group.
