My name is Elina, I work as a Development Officer for a big charity focused on helping older people.  I set up activity groups for older people in the Berkshire area. I am also a trustee of a small women's charity based in Reading, Berks. 

I am also currently working on my Master's in Charity Management at St Mary's University Twickenham and I really need some help from the members of this forum. 

I am researching risk management in charities and looking at how senior charity managers see their role in this process. It would be very much appreciated if you could help me by filling in the questionnaire using the link below. 

What do you think about charities and risk management? Do you think we are doing it well in our sector? I have come across charities that have really robust procedures in place, but equally I have seen some were the only risk management process is to hope nothing bad happens... Any thoughts on this?
