I'm looking for any recommendations for consultants or experts in this field who would be able quote for a short term piece of work to analyse our policy review and sign off process. One of my many key areas of responsibility is for the policy and statement review, ratification process and sign off by board and SLT for the group. I inherited a vague process last year and have tried to make some sense of it, but as I'm now losing the internal expert,  I'm looking to use this opportunity to work with a consultant or other professional to completely review and overhaul our internal processes. It's just not working as efficiently as it could be I feel. We're a UK social care provider working across England and Scotland supporting individuals predominately with Learning disabilities and autism, supporting around 1700 people with a staff team of around 2000.
