Maternity pay insights

HR

Laurence Evans Director of Operations at Warren House Group Posted 1 year ago

Hi all,
My trustees have asked me to carry out some benchmarking regarding maternity pay in the charitable sector and was hoping to gather some data on what peoples maternity polices look like?
We are a small social research charity and have a policy of Statutory Maternity pay and contractual pay offered in addition of 35% of weekly earnings if the person has worked for us for more than 3 years. We are reviewing this policy but am not sure what the sector normally has?
We are a charity of around 25 staff to give you an idea of size.
Any help or data would be greatly appreciated.
