I'm a bit of a newbie here so first of all, HELLO!

As part of my Social Enterprise development role I've been asked by the organisation to review our membership for better income generation and to deliver improved member benefits.

I'd be interested to connect with anyone who has done such a thing and to find out more about the process you went through. I have a small team here to help me and will also have help from a couple of social enterprise consultants so I'm not looking for a lot just an insight into tried and tested processes.
