Our charity currently uses Outlook to book meeting rooms and seats on a minibus for day trips, but recently we have had issues with double bookings if two people book on the same service at the same time. I am looking for a low cost or ideally free booking system which can print out weekly  room bookings for our reception. Invoicing ability not needed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
