The Charity Commission advise new charities to adopt one of their model governing documents but the templates listed on their website are mostly PDFs. That makes it much more fiddly to use the models as templates and i am not sure why they do it. Does anyone happen to have their template for an unincorporated charity already in Word, that you are prepared to share?
