Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with outlining ownership of assets in MOU agreements with partner NGOs who are implementing projects on the ground?
I can't find much on the charity commission website but we think we've seen CC guidance which implies any assets financed or donated should remain property of the UK charity i.e. the funder/donor - assume this is unless alternatives are specifically outlined in a separate letter of agreement.
