Hi All,

Looking for a little advice really. I've worked in accounts for the past 12 years both in small business and in commercial finance. The part that has always been missing for me is the passion for the companies overall mission. I'm determined to move into the non-profit sector but finding that most accounts jobs want AAT OR ACCA qualifications, or they want charity experience. I have neither, just a solid work experience and the ability to take on pretty much anything that's thrown at me!

Is there anything I can do (courses etc) to strengthen my CV for the non-profit sector?
