Hi a question about salaries. I am the director/ Founder of a new CIC, in the process of incorporating. Once set up I will be leading workshops and providing admin support. Is it better for me to invoice the CIC as a freelancer on a daily rate? Or do I just pay myself a directors salary? I'm not sure if the larger implications and I'm very new at this.
