New charity in Scotland needs to set up an 0800 number

Greetings from Glasgow.

This is my first post on the Charity connect platform, I pray my communication finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

We are in urgent need of setting up an 0800 number so our street family, homeless and/or rough sleeping can contact us at no charge.

We received a recommendation to set it up via BT, followed all due processes and then received no response, that was 5 weeks ago so have given up on them, disappointed actually.

If there are providers who supply such facilities free to both the caller and the charity then that would be marvellous, however a small fee to our charity would not deter us.

We conceived the idea of forming the charity whilst homeless and on the streets during Covid, totally understand the vital importance of the 0800 concept and need to set it up without further delay.

Any and all recommendations would be warmly received.
