Good morning everyone,

Following a very successful pop up shop for our charity we have been lucky enough to find permanent premises in order to lease a shop.  Our charity constitution is a foundation trust and to avoid charity trustees personal liability we have set up a CIC to sign the lease of the shop and trade selling donated goods with all profits going to the charity.

I know this is not the most cost effective way to do this and have had legal advice.  I would really appreciate any help with policies and procedures for the new shop.  I have everything from the Charity retail associations website and NCVO I believe.  I just wondered if there are any policies/procedures that I have not thought about relating to retail?

As a CIC I also wondered if there was anything else I needed to consider please?
