We're a medium sized charity that has no central office space (we all work remotely) and are having a nightmare trying to jump through the hoops to register for Facebook Charitable Giving - with the view to getting a donate button on our Facebook and Instagram pages and establish a larger official presence.

Our registered charity address is the home address of our Hon Gen Sec Trustee but our financial details are all registered to our Finance Manager's address - and despite this arrangement being available to view via HMRC - we are being beaten back with auto replies when trying to explain this to Facebook, who ask for the registered address to be on the bank statement.

Equally they require business registration documents which we either do not have as they are not a requirement of our Charitable Company registration, or for which we are paperless and have no scannable signed documentation.

The whole system seems opaque and Americanised, but I'm hoping someone has advice from going through a similar process of how to contact Facebook Charitable Giving to resolve it (their support forms seem to reach bot response accounts) or what documentation we could secure that would meet their criteria. We've had no issue registering with any other programme, e.g. Google for Non-Profits, JustGiving, PayPal Giving etc.

Does anyone have any advice?
