Occupational health for small charities- your views?

I’d really appreciate some insights on this.

I’ve spoken to a few small and mid-sized charities struggle to access occupational health support- mostly because of cost, minimum contracts, long waits, or just generally not feeling like it's set up for them.

For those of you supporting staff and volunteers:

• What are the biggest challenges you face around sickness absence, stress/burnout, or adjustments?

• Have you found Occupational Health support that actually works for a smaller organisation?

• If not, what would ideal support look like?

I just want to make sure I understand the real barriers from your perspective.
