Hi I'm new to the exchange. I am a trustee of a small Christian charity running a retreat centre and other activities based near Worcester. I also do most of the their IT voluntarily as that is my profession.
This year we have 3 new cloud based computer systems for the charity:
+Microsoft 365 Business linking all key charity workers. This gives us good security/availability but we need help organising contacts recently exported from our old database.
+ CAF Donate online donations. This gives us new capability for online donations, but we are still exploring this.
+ MailerLite for large e-newsletters etc.
We need some clues for how to connecting these 3 together more efficiently, and we need more skills in using all 3.
What sources of help would people recommend to help us connect and improve our use of these systems? Has anyone found free help for connecting these 3 systems? Would anyone recommend paid consultancy in making these work together, and if so, who would you recommend?
Any ideas appreciated.
